Tiff (both PC and Mac), Psd, Scitex formats. Tiffs can be compressed using LZW. Jpegs are generally OK although they are a form of lossy compression. Make sure you save your jpg at the highest quality setting. If you work on an image file, only save to jpg once: every time a file is saved in this format it does degrade.
If your files total 180 MB or more, please use a lossless compression method such as the LZW algorythm mentioned above. It is a Photoshop option given to the user when a file is about to be saved in tif format.
We will notify you of receipt and file integrity.
Optimal PPI at 100% of reproduction is 200. We do have software capable of interpolation in case files are lacking resolution. Generally speaking, we do not advise to go over 200% interpolation.
