Signature Giclee Program

Our company was one of the first specialized outfits to exclusively provide giclee printing services. Our substrates and inks are the best available on the market. We only carry papers made in the US, Europe and Japan. Among these substrates and inks, we selected the best of the best for our signature service. In addition to providing excellence in base materials, we offer the following premium services:

- Expedited processing time. Our signature customers have processing priority over our regular customers.

-Free proofing. We proof your digital files. We make proofs at our regular fees but once the final giclee prints are ordered we discount the total order with the proof costs previously charged.

-Certificates of origin and authenticity. We offer certificates accompanying every giclee print at no additional cost. (Please allow for extra time in case certificates are requested).

-Free ground shipping for rolled canvas and papers.

-Discounted shipping for stretched canvas.

-Files are backed up and kept for an unlimited time unless we are asked to delete them. In essence we provide extra security in case a customer was to lose files in case of a computer crash. Our regular customers have a 6 month limit on how long we keep files.

In order to qualify for our signature service certain requirements have to be met:

-The total print order has to exceed $500. We do waive our minimum requirement once the customer orders at least $2,000 in prints within a 6 month period.

-The print order has to be for a minimum of $500 before any shipping charges are applied if any. There is a nominal packaging fee of $5 to cover handling.
