If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us and we will do our best to correct the problem by reprinting the file(s).
You have the option to ask for a refund if you do not want Allpconline to reprint. The print(s) will have to be shipped back to us with comments.
We are not responsible for scans or files which are client supplied; if you are unsure about the quality of your digitally supplied art we will analyze it and make a recommendation. For a low non refundable fee we will make small proofs and send the printed pieces to you. In order to have your digitally supplied files covered by our guarantee, we require our proofs to be sent back to us with a signed BAT (Bon a tirer) approval.
In case our studio scans and prints giclees of the original art we will refund the price of scanning and printing upon receipt of the printed artwork. The guarantee policy is limited to scanning and printing issues not related to out of gamut colors in the original art.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Refund Policy
In case your giclee prints are damaged during shipment, we will file a claim with the carrier. Upon approval, we will refund or replace the order. We are not responsible and will not refund in the event the prints are damaged due to mishandling after delivery. To process a claim in the event the carrier rejects the refund, we require the original package and its contents to be delivered back to us for inspection.
